Exchange Policy
Conditions for Exchange:
- Size Issues: If the product does not fit as expected, we offer an exchange for a different size.
- Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it for the same item in perfect condition.
Exchange Period:
- Time Frame: Exchanges must be requested within 5 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, requests made after this period will not be accepted.
How to Request an Exchange:

- Exchange Approval: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Return Shipping: Once the exchange is approved, after the old product is picked up, the new one is sent out. .

- Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Exchange Only: We do not offer refunds for any purchases. Exchanges are only provided for sizing issues or damaged products. We do not accept exchanges if you simply change your mind or are unhappy with the product for reasons other than damage or sizing.
